In 2015, life changed. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, a series of hospitalizations made it impossible to continue working in the beauty industry. It was heartbreaking not because of the career loss, but because of the people — the clients who trusted me, the insights gained through thousands of consultations, and the passion for solving real hair challenges.

That forced pause brought clarity.
